Fees
Registration Fee
- A one-time registration fee of £50 is required to Commence the search.
- This amount will be deducted from your final invoice.
Placement Fee
- Standard Placement Package of 6 months + £1,500
- Nanny Share: £1,250 per family
- Temporary placement: £25 per day and update under terms and conditions please
What’s Included in the Placement Fee:
- This fee is a one-off payment and is payable once your selected nanny has accepted the job offer.

Detailed Nanny Shortlist Pack
We present you with 2-3 top candidates through comprehensive profile packs. These include work and training histories, references, and psychometric reports, helping you make an informed decision.
Interview Guide Book
To ensure your first meeting with potential nannies goes smoothly, we provide a detailed guide with tips and open-ended questions, helping you feel prepared and confident.
Advanced Vetting
Every placement includes our NannyHire Check™, a 10-point safeguarding process. This thorough vetting ensures your peace of mind.
NannyHire Check™ Report
Our tailored ‘best fit’ screening report assesses nannies for domestic childcare roles. This unique evaluation is included in the Profile Pack and provides detailed insights.
Driving and Vehicle Assessment
For nannies using their own car, we verify business motor insurance and perform a DVLA vehicle check, ensuring valid tax, MOT, or SORN status. Suitability as a driver is also reviewed during reference checks.
Salary Negotiations
We handle salary discussions, guide you on employer responsibilities, and coordinate final details to ensure a seamless process for everyone involved.
Placement Documents
We assist with drafting a formal offer letter and an initial statement of particulars, outlining job specifics to set clear expectations and ensure a positive trial period.
Enhanced DBS (Update Service)
Included as standard in our placement package, we provide a valid enhanced DBS check, ensuring your nanny is registered on the Update Service at no extra cost.
Professionally Drafted Employment Contract
Our industry-leading nanny contract is bespoke, addressing family-specific concerns like privacy and duties. Our HR specialist also offers ongoing legal support during your nanny’s employment.
Payroll Set-Up & Monthly Payslips
We handle all payroll aspects, from setting you up with HMRC to issuing monthly payslips. One year of payroll service is included in our placement package, with subsequent annual renewals available for £195.
