Nanny for Twins or Multiples – Duties and Responsibilities

A nanny for twins or multiples provides invaluable support to families with the unique challenges of raising twins. They can adapt to various shift patterns to suit your schedule, offer 24-hour support, or even live-in services.

Here are examples of day-to-day duties your nanny for twins can manage:

  • Sole charge care of the twins and other siblings.
  • Establishing routines to support feeding, sleeping through the night, and daily schedules.
  • School runs and accompanying the children to nursery, playgroups, or activities.
  • Planning and engaging in after-school activities to aid development.
  • Communication with parents to ensure every detail of the children’s care and progress is discussed.

Salary Rates for Nanny for Twins

We only represent nannies with at least three years of professional childcare experience, all over the age of 21, and with a valid and recent DBS Check.

  • Live-out nannies: £15–£20+ per hour (rates depend on experience and qualifications).
